Aaron is a very caring person who goes to the next level to make sure everything runs smoothly and goes to plan. He is always on hand to help solve any problems that arise at Bluegum. Aaron is well aware of how important social support is to the ageing community and its imparct on the health and well being of the residents of Bluegum. Organising many activities, outings and events for the residents which are outside his business interests. Some examples of this are bus trips away, most recent trip to Dubbo and a yearly Xmas in July at whch Aaron subsidised the cost to the residents. All the residents have much respect for Aaron and for the happy lifestyle that has been achieved at Bluegum Lifestyle Resort. Since meeting Aaron we have been very fortunate to mix with him and his family socially. Having met Aaron and having moved into Bluegum is one of the best things that has happened to us.
